While we cannot apply for incentives on your behalf, we provide comprehensive guidance and resources to help you maximize available benefits typically available:
Once your have directly contracted with your electrician partner and permits are secured, the work begins:
Your journey continues with:
Simple installations typically take 6-12 weeks from initial consultation to operation. Complex projects may require 3-6 months, depending on permitting and electrical work.
We help assess your needs based on current demand, future growth, and property type. Typically, we recommend starting with 2-5% of parking spaces for most properties, with infrastructure planning for future expansion.
Level 2 chargers are ideal for most properties, offering fast charging (up to 19.2kW) at a lower cost and complexity. These are ideal where parking is for one hour or more. Level 3 chargers are ultra-fast but significantly more expensive and complex to install.
We are brand agnostic, using different brand, level 2 chargers within our housing. This allows us to provide the lowest price and avoid any disruptions in supply that might come with using one brand. For level 3 chargers, we have partners to provide the name brands you may know, like ChargePoint, Blink and Noodoe.
Sometimes called a pay management system, a CMS is the internet-based software that interfaces with the charger to manage payments, monitor electricity usage, and balance electrical loads when needed in multi-charger connected setups. There is typically a one-time fee for setup along with a recurring usage fee.
Yes, with a CMS-enabled system, you can set custom charging rates and collect payments. Many properties find this creates a new revenue stream while covering operational costs. There are many different revenue models we can discuss.
No. Chargers without pay systems simply provide the electricity to the charging EV for free. Without a pay system (CMS), the installation is simpler, less costly to operate and in fact, more reliable avoiding any internet-related connectivity issues.
We do not have visible displays on our charger units, but simply a QR code where the EV driver can simply scan, plug and pay! The QR code takes them to the CMS web interface where all paying and charging details are managed. Doing it this way allows us to remain charger-brand agnostic, locate the chargers inside the housing, style up the elegance of the offering and most importantly save you money!
Our warranty covers all repairs in the first year as detailed in our contract. With our service plan, we respond quickly to resolve any issues. CMS-enabled units often allow for remote troubleshooting.
We coordinate with licensed electrical contractors (either your preferred partner or ours) who handle all electrical work to ensure compliance with local codes. You will contract with the electrical partner directly.
Our assessment includes a thorough review of your electrical capacity. CMS-enabled systems can include load management to optimize power distribution and prevent circuit overload. This is ideal when you have multiple chargers but not enough power to run all of them at once.
Yes. We’ll guide you to potential savings but as the charger owner, you’ll apply directly.
Our chargers are designed for minimal maintenance, but maintenance is critical. Regular visual inspections, charging operation validation and simple cleaning are done regularly.
We design systems with scalability in mind, often including infrastructure for future expansion. Our Level 2 chargers at 80 amps (19.2kW) represent the fastest current standard, ensuring long-term utility. Additionally, we can plan now for future upgrades or tackle all that when needed.
Not necessarily, but you’ll need permission from the property owner if you’re leasing.
We also offer paid consulting services to help you navigate the entire process, from planning to installation, if you would like us to be much more active on your behalf.
